Advanced Commercial Banking System- ACBS SME Required Qualifications & Experience • Hands-on ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) implementation experience within a core banking transformation program. • Strong functional knowledge of commercial lending lifecycle: origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment. • Experience defining lending interfaces with GL and accounting/reconciliation systems. • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial hands-on experience in core banking transformation/implementation programs. • Proven experience working as an individual contributor who can independently drive solutioning, documentation, and approvals, this is a hands-on role, not a purely supervisory one. • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to work with business teams, interface/platform teams, and Solution Architecture teams. • Experience preparing and obtaining sign-off on Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) and integration design artifacts. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting solution options to senior stakeholders and vendors.
