Terminal Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage daily terminal operations, vehicle movements, departures, arrivals, and passenger boarding. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve passenger complaints. Supervise terminal staff, drivers, and other operational personnel. Monitor safety, compliance, vehicle availability, and operational standards.

Monitor ticketing, collections, expenses, and terminal performance. Coordinate with drivers, logistics managers, the operations team, and management. Prepare regular operational reports and escalate incidents or challenges. Identify operational gaps and implement appropriate improvements.

Requirements:

A minimum of an HND in transport management, business administration, logistics, operations, or a related field. Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, terminal, fleet, or operations management. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage operational challenges. Candidates residing in the respective location are preferred. Male candidates are preferred based on current operational requirements.

Remuneration: NGN  450,000 Monthly
