DevOps and Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) Platform Engineer(CI/CD, GitOps, Ansible)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton or GitLab CI for application deployments on OCP.
• Implement and manage GitOps workflows using Argo CD across development, staging and production environments.
• Integrate security scanning tools (SAST/DAST and image scanning) and secrets management solutions such as Vault and Sealed Secrets.
• Implement and support blue-green and canary deployment strategies, including rollback procedures.
• Build, configure and manage OpenShift clusters across VMware, bare-metal and hybrid environments.
• Configure and manage multi-tenancy, including namespaces, network policies, resource quotas and RBAC.
• Plan and execute cluster upgrades with appropriate rollback strategies.
• Manage cluster networking, ingress and persistent storage solutions, including ODF, NFS and CSI.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for node provisioning and routine operational tasks.
• Perform hardening and patching of RHEL/Linux hosts, including systems in air-gapped environments.
• Implement CIS security standards, manage vulnerabilities, enforce pod and container image security policies, and support security audits.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Red Hat OpenShift (OCP).
• Strong experience in Red Hat OCP platform administration, including setup, configuration and upgrades.
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline management and GitOps.
• Experience in Ansible automation.
• Red Hat OpenShift certification is required.
