Business Analyst - Cards & Payments (Vision Plus, Card Processing, Banking, Payment Networks, Card Disputes, Chargebacks)

Responsibilities: Analyze and document business and system requirements for Cards & Payments within the Banking domain. Perform System Analysis for credit/debit card processing and card payment networks. Analyze card and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off, and write-off processes. Analyze and support card transaction dispute processes and related payment workflows. Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution delivery. Manage requirements and documentation using Jira and Confluence. Perform system analysis and support Vision Plus based on card processing workflows. Requirements: 8+ years of relevant experience in System Analysis / Business Analysis, with strong experience in Cards & Payments within the Banking domain. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience with Cards & Payments and card payment networks in the Banking domain. Strong experience in credit/debit card processing and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off, and write-off. Experience with card transaction dispute processes and familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Hands-on experience with Vision Plus in a Banking Cards & Payments environment is required.
