Since early 2025, the company has been developing semiconductor insulating base film / ABF (Ajinomoto Build-up Film) technology.
The project is currently in the:
- Customer introduction stage

3. Position Overview
The company is seeking a highly experienced:
- Semiconductor ABF Film R&D Expert
This is primarily a technical expert / consultant role, rather than a conventional management position.
The objective is to bring in an experienced ABF film expert who can provide hands-on technical guidance, contribute to formulation and materials development, and help the existing team solve critical technical challenges.
4. Key Responsibilities
ABF Film Technology
- Provide technical guidance for the company's ABF film development program.
- Review and optimize technical routes and product development approaches.
- Help the team solve critical R&D and customer-testing issues.
Formulation Development
- Provide expertise in ABF film formulation.
- Guide the development and optimization of resin, filler, additive and related material systems.
- Optimize formulations based on customer testing and product-performance requirements.
- Support the development of formulations suitable for scale-up and customer qualification.
Cross-functional R&D
Work across:
- Materials → Formulation → Process → Film Performance → Customer Application
- Evaluate existing technical solutions and propose practical improvements.
Upstream & Downstream Collaboration
Provide technical input regarding:
- Upstream raw materials
- Material suppliers
- Formulation systems
- Film manufacturing processes
- Product performance
- Customer testing
- Semiconductor packaging applications
Technical Problem Solving
Help address critical challenges related to:
- Material systems
- Formulation
- Process
- Product performance
- Customer qualification
- Product consistency
- Scale-up
- Material compatibility
