Replenishment Planner (M/F)

The group is looking for a REPLENISHMENT PLANNER M/F.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you analyze needs based on forecasts, consumption, and internal requests. You manage supplier relations: placing orders, delivery times, entering and tracking receipts, managing disputes, etc. You keep ERP data up to date (quantity, lead times, price, etc.). You manage the item and supplier database in the ERP. You record validated prices and special rates in collaboration with Product Managers. You optimize replenishment thresholds and order quantities and participate in continuous process improvement with a view to cost reduction. You participate in the reconciliation of invoices, orders, stock entries, and purchase accounting. You collaborate closely with internal cross-functional departments (production, logistics, sales administration, marketing, after-sales service, etc.) to ensure effective communication and good coordination. You facilitate S&OP meetings. You monitor indicators and participate in the evolution of dashboards with the Procurement Manager. You may be required to handle certain negotiations.

You have higher education (Bac+2/3) in procurement/purchasing. You have similar experience acquired in a demanding environment. You have knowledge of logistics flows, purchasing, quality, and transport (tracking, incoterms). You use ERP-type tools (ideally SAGE X3) and standard office software. Your English is operational for working in an international context. You are rigorous and demonstrate excellent analytical skills. Your interpersonal skills, commitment, and ability to anticipate will allow you to bring real added value to a rapidly growing Group.
