Senior PMO Consultant

Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced individual for the Senior PMO Consultant position, who will support activities related to project portfolio management, project governance oversight, planning, reporting, and the implementation of initiatives.

In this position, you will work closely with Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, and management, ensuring process transparency, compliance with governance requirements, and the effective implementation of strategic technological initiatives. You will play a key role in monitoring project progress, coordinating activities between teams, and supporting decision-making processes by providing high-quality reports and analyses.

We are looking for an independent and proactive person who can identify areas for improvement, support the development of PMO processes, and contribute to increasing the transparency and efficiency of project implementation within the organization.

• Preparing portfolio and project reports as well as materials for management.
• Coordinating planning, monitoring milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
• Supporting resource planning processes, budget monitoring, and financial forecasting.
• Preparing presentations for management, governance materials, and reports for steering committees.
• Organizing and supporting the governance forum and monitoring the implementation of findings and decisions.
• Participating in the development and improvement of PMO processes, tools, and reporting standards.
• Supporting the planning, prioritization, and management of the technological project portfolio.
• Collaborating with stakeholders from technological and business areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of PMO, Portfolio Management, or Project Management.
• Experience in supporting large technological or transformational project portfolios.
• Very good knowledge of governance, planning, and project reporting processes.
• Experience in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and monitoring actions.
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Very good command of the English language.

• Experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Experience gained in large, international organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and hybrid models.
• Experience in monitoring project finances and resource management.
• Knowledge of tools supporting project portfolio management and reporting.
• Experience in process improvement, reporting automation, and using data to support decision-making.
