PMO Consultant
Your tasks
The primary objective of this role is to support the Project Manager in the delivery of the project, as the scope and complexity have significantly increased since its inception.
- Support the Project Manager in the delivery of the project and related initiatives.
- Coordinate and track project activities, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Take ownership of specific workstreams and independently drive tasks to successful completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Organize, facilitate, and document project meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
- Identify, assess, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies when needed.
- Prepare project status updates, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Support problem-solving activities and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and challenge existing ways of working where appropriate.
- Ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual who will not only assist the Project Manager in day-to-day activities but also take ownership of assigned workstreams and independently drive tasks to completion.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working autonomously, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and the ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and presentation skills

- Experience from financial or other highly regulated industry
