IT Project Coordinator

We are looking for a person to support the implementation of a NAS-based file share migration project, coordinating activities between technical and business teams. We are looking for a candidate with experience in supporting IT projects, preferably related to infrastructure or the migration of NAS environments and file services. Basic knowledge of risk management, compliance, and IT security issues will also be important, as well as the ability to cooperate with various stakeholder groups. In this position, very good organizational skills, independence, and effectiveness in monitoring progress and coordinating project activities are important.

If you are fluent in English, well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite, and want to develop in an international IT environment, this role may be for you.

Daily tasks

• Managing activities and ensuring that the migration plan implementation proceeds according to milestones.
• Coordinating cooperation with business areas and technical Single Points of Contact (SPOC).
• Monitoring activities related to QRA/ORC and ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Organizing meetings, documenting findings, and monitoring the implementation of agreed actions.
• Preparing clear status updates, risk information, and monitoring progress.
• Identifying blockers and proactively escalating issues.

Requirements

• Experience in supporting IT projects, preferably in the area of infrastructure or NAS / file share migration.
• Basic knowledge of issues related to risk management, compliance, and security frameworks (e.g., QRA/ORC).
• Knowledge of file services and NAS environments will be an additional asset.
• Ability to cooperate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• High coordination, monitoring, and enforcement of action implementation skills.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
