Your tasks
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging business and IT, facilitating agile ways of working, and supporting both operational and development activities.
- Provide application support for Finance and Master Data Management solutions.
- Investigate, analyze, and coordinate resolution of incidents, service requests, and production issues.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, document decisions and action items, and follow up on open questions.
- Support product backlog management by helping prioritize items and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Monitor application performance, data quality, and operational stability.
- Support testing, releases, deployments, and change management activities.
- Gather, document, and clarify business requirements for enhancements and improvements.
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing business value and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Required qualifications
- Experience in application support, service management, or a similar role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience within Master Data Management processes.
- Experience supporting Finance-related applications and business processes.
- Knowledge of data management, reporting, or analytics solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and configuration-based platforms.
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting agile teams.
- Scrum Master certification.
