Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date financial records for all subsidiaries, ensuring proper documentation and filing in accordance with statutory requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the group, including inter-company reconciliations and eliminations.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, including real estate construction accounting (e.g., project cost tracking), REIT fund management, microfinance bank prudential guidelines, fintech payment reconciliation, and hospitality revenue accounting.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of a BSC 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
