Job title : Recruitment Consultant Salary : up to £35,000 Location : Hemel Hempstead We are looking for a number of 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our team, previous experience in Recruitment and/ or sales would be advantageous, although open to speak to people who have a strong work ethic and a proven track record of learning something new. Duties include: 360 consultants, manage clients & candidates New business – build a desk/ pipeline Retention of business Dealing with large numbers of calls, emails Booking interviews Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage Advertising of vacancies Sourcing job boards for suitable candidates Registering candidates Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK Attributes: Team player Hardworking
