Responsibilities
- Provide application support and troubleshoot production issues across Solaris/Linux environments.
- Manage and support AWS ECS and EC2 services and applications.
- Support Red Hat OpenShift environments, deployments, and application operations.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and operational support.
- Use Red Hat Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Monitor application performance, investigate incidents, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for deployments and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on experience in application support, software development, or a related technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of Solaris and/or Linux OS, including RHEL.
- Strong hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting and Red Hat Ansible.
- Strong experience supporting AWS ECS and EC2 services and applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and containerized application environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, monitoring, and deployment support skills.
- Strong banking domain experience in supporting banking applications, blockchain, digital asset trading, digital asset custody, or Trading UI platforms.
