Our client This is an exciting time to join this business, as the relatively newly-acquired park resort continues to undergo substantial transformational investment and development.

Your tasks

We are looking for a passionate, driven and fast-paced operator to manage the Food and Beverage and Retail functions, at this leading holiday park.

You'll be expected to build, train, develop, maintain and retain a team to deliver the greatest hospitality experience, drive sales and maintain a healthy profit margin, while achieving all the standards required by the business.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager, either from a holiday park background or a fast-paced, volume environment, to lead the management of the Retail Operations, at this leading holiday park. You will be a key member of the resort management team, reporting to the General Manager.

What we offer

Salary: £40,000 per annum plus performance related bonus
