ML Engineer (Computer Vision)

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to work on computer vision model development and optimisation for real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate computer vision models for classification, object detection, segmentation, pose estimation, and action recognition.
• Improve model architectures, custom heads, loss functions, and training strategies.
• Design experiments and benchmark new models and techniques.
• Investigate model limitations and improve accuracy, robustness, latency, and efficiency.
• Work with engineering teams to improve datasets, model performance, and system reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on computer vision model training and evaluation experience.
• Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with Linux.

Nice to Have

• Experience modifying model architectures or training pipelines.
• Exposure to multimodal, vision-language, foundation, or open-vocabulary models.
• Knowledge of quantisation, pruning, or distillation.
• Familiarity with experiment tracking, reproducibility, or MLOps.
