Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business unit specialists and stakeholders to elicit, review and validate business requirements.
• Analyse business requirements and assess the impact on existing and future business and operational processes.
• Define clear and detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse and document to-be business processes and operational workflows based on agreed requirements.
• Identify, monitor and manage requirements-related risks, issues, dependencies and scope creep.
• Conduct impact assessments and provide effort estimations for project change requests.
• Transition business requirements to System Analysts, ensuring requirements are complete, clear and sufficiently detailed for functional and technical design.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability between business requirements and functional specifications.
• Work closely with technology and project teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and translated into solutions.
• Review test plans and functional test scope prepared by testing teams to ensure adequate coverage of business requirements.
• Support SIT and UAT activities, including defect prioritisation, tracking, clarification and resolution.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support change management and project delivery activities as required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis experience within the financial services or banking industry.
• Strong understanding of Wholesale Banking and related products and processes.
• Hands-on experience with customer onboarding and servicing workflows.
• Experience in data management within a banking or financial services environment is preferred.
• Strong ability to elicit, analyse and translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience conducting business and operational process impact assessments and defining to-be processes.
• Good understanding of change management and project management fundamentals.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting and presentations.
• Strong understanding of requirements traceability and functional specification management.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT, including test scope review and defect management.
• Strong team player with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive collaboration across business and technology teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex issues, ambiguity and changing requirements.
• Passionate, diligent and resilient, with the ability to deliver effectively under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Confident presenter with the ability to explain complex business and technical topics clearly to different audiences.
