Technical Specialist (Electrical & ELV) Role Overview Lead the technical delivery of electrical and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems for high-tech facility projects, from design through construction, commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities Define technical requirements and review electrical/ELV designs, power system studies and design changes. Provide expertise in HV/LV distribution, power quality, protection coordination and emergency power systems. Oversee facility monitoring, fire alarm, security and communications systems. Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants and internal teams to resolve technical issues. Ensure regulatory compliance and support procurement, commissioning and operational handover. Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, data centre or other high-tech facility projects. Experience across design, construction, commissioning and handover. Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure, ELV systems and Singapore electrical requirements. PE registration, LEW certification and BIM experience are advantages.
