Corporate Lending Products Development Specialist
Your tasks
Role description* Evoca is seeking a Corporate Lending Product Development Specialist who will be responsible for studying corporate customers’ requirements, developing new products, improving existing products, and ensuring their competitiveness.
What will you be doing?
- conduct market, competitor, and corporate customer needs research as part of the corporate product development process;
- develop ideas for new corporate products and services;
- prepare technical specifications for product revisions;
- analyze product sales performance trends and monitor statistics;
- prepare recommendations for product improvement;
- provide product-related information to the sales team and support the organization of training sessions;
- develop internal regulations, procedures, and documentation related to products;
- monitor industry trends and innovations.
Requirements
What skills are we looking for?
- higher education in a relevant field;
- at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in product development or digital projects;
- basic knowledge of the AS-Bank system;
- knowledge of market and business analysis techniques;
- ability to analyze data and prepare reports;
- project management skills;
- good command of English and/or Russian.
