EDM Wirecut Machinist

Job Description & Requirements

1) Able operate CNC EDM machine

2) Knowledge of EDM spark

3) Understanding of drawing

4) Must know how to use:-Micrometer, Vernier caliper, toolmaker scope, profile projector, digital dial indicator,etc.

5) Able to control the tolerance in +-0.005mm

6) Able to work rotating shift

At least 1 years experience in Precision CNC EDM/ Wirecut.

Professional certificate. Fresh Grauduate are welcome.

Able to operate machines to achieve high accuracy and fine finishing.

Write and Read Simple English

Able to maintain equipment and machines

Requirements

• NTC/NITEC Related technical skills certification
• Experience in Precision Engineering / Tool Making

• Possess basic proficiency in English to operate EDM machines programmed in English
