This is what we need from you:
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including timely processing of all accounts payable invoices, as well as responsibility for "Open Item Management," payment runs, and document archiving
- Functional support of SAP FI-AP, including quality assurance of master data and implementation of new requirements (conception, testing, release)
- Analysis and optimization of processes as well as implementation of digitalization and automation measures
- Support during monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Participation in projects and special topics
- Contact person for internal departments and suppliers
- Leadership and coordination of a team of 13 employees
This is what you bring to the table:
- Completed commercial training (Matura or FH or university degree)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of financial accounting
- Sound knowledge of accounting and tax law
- Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP is an advantage) and MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Business fluent English in speaking and writing
