Your tasks

You will join the concierge team of the Hôtel Royal Palace as a concierge. Your missions are as follows:

• Act as the guarantor for guest care, before, during, and after their arrival
• Ensure the smooth running of the clients' stay
• Perform follow-up on billing and files
• Ensure communication between the different departments
• Perform follow-up on client feedback

Requirements

You have acquired initial experience in a similar establishment.

• You are dynamic, possess excellent presentation, an open mind, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
• You know Evian les Bains and its surroundings perfectly
• Fluent English is essential
