What awaits you:

• first point of contact for technical customer inquiries

• independent prioritization and processing of incoming inquiries

• technical support for troubleshooting via telephone, e-mail, remote connection for our service technicians on site as well as our customers

• technical clarification of spare parts and upgrade inquiries (in-house)

• responsibility for the support inquiry from initiation to completion in close cross-departmental cooperation

What you bring with you:

• a completed technical education LAP/FS/HTL (electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, ...) or similar sound electronics knowledge

• systematic approach to problem-solving

• customer orientation in thinking and acting

• personal responsibility and resilience

• English skills and communication skills

• teamwork and cross-departmental mindset
