In the newly created role as Team Lead of Payroll, you will take responsibility for a dedicated and experienced 5-member team and ensure a smooth and error-free payroll process. You will be the central contact person for all payroll-related topics and will drive the optimization of our processes in our growing company.

What awaits you:

• functional and organizational leadership of the well-established Payroll team

• ensuring timely and correct monthly payroll processing (approx. 1,300 employees)

• responsibility for compliance with legal/collective agreement regulations as well as internal guidelines

• advisory function/contact person for managers and internal stakeholders as well as external authorities/offices and service providers

• optimization of processes and interfaces in the area of Payroll as well as active participation in IT projects

• creation of reports / reporting

• collaboration on secondments

What you bring:

• a completed commercial education with completion of the payroll examination, as well as additional training at the PV-Akademie is an advantage

• several years of professional experience in payroll and ideally initial leadership responsibility

• good knowledge of labor/social security and wage tax law

• structured, process- and solution-oriented way of working

• accuracy, resilience, discretion, and loyalty

• ability to work in a team and empathy

• confident handling of common payroll programs - SAP is desirable

• good English and MS-Office skills

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary personally, but we can reveal this much: we naturally orient ourselves towards market-standard salaries - which means that depending on the position and education, overpayment above the collective agreement is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 56,000 EUR. Depending on qualification and experience, there is more!
