We are looking for energetic support for our Parts & Services team (Customer Support). In this area of responsibility, you will be in charge of quotation and order processing for spare parts and services for our worldwide customers.

What awaits you:

• independent administrative customer support for specific regions

• written and telephone international customer contact (first point of contact for customers, representatives, and subsidiaries)

• creation of quotations including price calculation

• processing of orders and contracts

• follow-up of open points regarding spare parts according to installation and service reports

• returns and repair processing of spare parts as well as the creation of service contracts and upgrades

What you bring with you:

• a successful degree from HAK/HBLA or a comparable qualification

• initial professional experience in a similar field of responsibility is an advantage

• cross-departmental thinking, personal responsibility, and flexibility

• strong social competence and good manners

• very good foreign language and sound PC skills (MS Office; SAP knowledge desirable)
