You breathe life into our precision machines and are responsible for ensuring that they are ultimately fully functional at the international customer's site.

What awaits you:

• comprehensive and independent support of software projects from order receipt to software configuration as well as commissioning and beyond
• support of our international customers on-site during the integration and adaptation of the software to their individual requirements

• independent testing of the software using the simulation environment as well as documentation of the tests carried out
• cross-departmental cooperation and joint error analysis as well as optimization with the development teams and Technical Support

• agile development approaches and team working methods

What you bring with you:

• a completed education (vocational training, apprenticeship, or HTL/HAK) with a technical focus
• general technical interest and enthusiasm for solving complex tasks

• team spirit and cross-departmental thinking
• willingness to travel (10 - 20%)

• good English skills
