About Us:

Everton Estate Pte Ltd is a real estate agency based in Singapore, specializing in commercial and residential property sales and leasing. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to assist in our digital marketing and branding efforts.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and managing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and paid ads.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Help with the design and execution of marketing materials (brochures, listings, flyers).

Assist in website content updates and optimization.

Coordinate photography, videography, and content shoots for listings.

Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field .

Familiarity with social media marketing and digital tools (Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).

Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Interest in real estate marketing is a bonus.
