Job Title: Associate Trainer – Construction / Shipyard / Oil &Petrochemical / Manufacturing / Logistics Industries/ Fork LiftOperation/Scissor Lift Operations / Boom Lift Operations/ Scaffolding/Formwork/ Safe Lifting / Rigger and Signalman
Employment Type: Part Time
Conduct training sessions and competency demonstrations forConstruction / Shipyard / Oil & Petrochemical / Manufacturing /Logistics Industries/ Fork Lift Operation/Scissor Lift Operations /Boom Lift Operations/ Scaffolding/ Formwork/ Safe Lifting / Riggerand Signalman.
Ensure all training complies with industry regulations and safetystandards.
Develop and update training materials, course content, andassessments.
Mentor and coach trainees to achieve competency in theirrespective fields.
Adhere strictly to the Code of Ethics for Workplace Safety and Health(WSH) Trainers.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needsand customize courses accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certification.
Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous learning among trainees.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in competency demonstrationwithin the specified industries. Full ACTA certification requiredPossession of Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health(WSH) or Specialist Diploma for WSH.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in handlingConstruction / Shipyard / Oil & Petrochemical / Manufacturing /Logistics Industries/ Fork Lift Operation/Scissor Lift Operations /Boom Lift Operations/ Scaffolding/ Formwork/ Safe Lifting / Riggerand Signalman courses.
- Must have completed the Code of Ethics for WSH Trainers Course
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage learners effectively and facilitate practicalcompetency demonstrations.
- Immediate availability to start.
