ABOUT THE TEAM
Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.
The Strategy, Corporate Development & Ventures team reports directly to the Chief Technology and Growth Officer (CTGO). At the frontier of data and AI, strategy must be closely coupled with technology. The department supports a broad mandate of M&A, strategic investments, commercial partnerships and business development across the data and AI software stack, AI infrastructure supply chain, hyperscalers, neoclouds, and the enterprise - across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
Strategically we will embed directly and deeply with our business units. The team works directly alongside the engineers and technologists who built the Everpure platform, enabling deep, direct technical evaluation of markets and companies as the agent infrastructure of tomorrow evolves.
Everpure is significantly expanding its corporate development capability, with strong executive sponsorship and committed capital - this team is being built now, and its early members will shape how it operates.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the VP of Strategy, Corporate Development & Ventures, the Senior Manager will serve as the analytical and execution core of the deal team - building the models, running the diligence, and producing the analysis that drives transaction and investment decisions. You will work across concurrent workstreams spanning acquisitions, venture investments, and strategic and competitive analysis, with direct exposure to executive decision-making. This is a hands-on role in a small, high-leverage team, with significant room for growth as the function scales. You will work within deal teams alongside Directors and the VP, owning your workstreams end-to-end and directing Associate-level support on analysis and materials.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and own valuation and financial models for acquisition and investment targets - including DCF, comparable company, pro forma, and synergy analyses - and evaluate counterparty models in banked processes
- Drive diligence workstreams: coordinate functional reviews across product, engineering, finance, and legal, manage data room analysis, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations
- Produce screening analyses and market landscapes that feed the team's target pipeline, applying consistent evaluation frameworks across the data and AI landscape
- Support transaction execution through structuring analysis, NDA and term sheet review, and negotiation preparation
- Establish and maintain pipeline tracking and deal process infrastructure across the team's concurrent workstreams
- Draft executive-ready materials, including investment memos, transaction reviews, and market updates
- Contribute to building the team's AI-enabled deal processes and market intelligence capabilities, leveraging Everpure's own platform
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or venture capital, with hands-on transaction experience and demonstrated ownership of deal workstreams
- Rigorous financial modeling and valuation capabilities with strong accounting fundamentals
- Ability to develop technical fluency rapidly in unfamiliar domains; experience in enterprise infrastructure, data, or AI is a plus
- Proficiency applying AI tools to research, analysis, and transaction evaluation
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, decision-ready materials for executive audiences
- High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with precision
- Experience guiding analyst- or associate-level colleagues is a plus
