Job Description Our future Business Engineer will address needs in the Ile-de-France region with a major mission: to support banking or industrial clients throughout the sales cycle and ensure their satisfaction. You will collaborate with the various departments of HELPLINE to guarantee the smooth running of projects.
Your roadmap:
Participation in qualification meetings Definition of response strategies Preparation of tender response files Financial engineering Preparation of tailor-made commercial proposals Coordination of files between departments Long-term follow-up and participation in client developments
This position is for you if: You know and enjoy complex IT service sales and already have 1 year of experience in outsourcing (ideally service desk) and between 2 and 5 years in an IT service sales environment. We rely on your organizational skills and your team spirit to effectively manage your multiple projects. You are proactive, you love challenges, and you are looking for a job involving human contact: you will thrive by our side.
Essential skills: Solid experience in commercial prospecting, with the ability to actively develop new clients and opportunities. Good English skills, both spoken and written. Ability to manage both existing accounts (outsourcing) and to develop turnover through prospecting.
