Job Description Mission: HELPLINE is looking for a DevOps Engineer M/F on a CDI contract to support the digital transformation of one of our major partners. Within the domain, you will manage the operation and evolution of Cloud infrastructures for 4 strategic digital products (E-commerce, Stores, Payment).

Your main responsibilities:

Management & Automation: Deployment via IaC (Terraform), GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).

DevOps/Agile Culture: Facilitating rituals and popularizing best practices among teams.

Security & FinOps: Application of "Secured by Design" and optimization of Cloud costs.

Reliability (SRE): Monitoring SLOs and managing observability/alerting via Datadog.

Continuous Improvement: Scripting (Python) and constant optimization of workflows.

Qualifications Profile Sought: With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have between 4 and 5 years of experience in a DevOps position, ideally with knowledge of the Retail sector. Ideally with Python, GCP, SQL, GITHUB.

Soft Skills: * Excellent oral communication (international context).

Proactivity and ability to diagnose complex incidents.

"Conquering" and benevolent team spirit.

Hard Skills: * Cloud: Mastery of the GCP environment (Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Run, IAM).

Python, GCP, SQL, GITHUB

Tools: Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, API.

Security: DevSecOps awareness (Trivy, CodeQL).

Language: Fluent/bilingual English (imperative).
