Infrastructure Manager
As part of a replacement, we are recruiting for a permanent position (CDI): Infrastructure & Operations Manager M/F Position based in Rillieux-La-Pape (69) | Start date: As soon as possible Reporting to the Digital Director, you will take responsibility for the Infrastructure & Operations department and manage all IT production operations for EVERIAL and EVERIAL SOFTWARE. Your challenge: guarantee a reliable, secure, high-performing, and scalable IS, serving users, business units, and the group's digital ambitions.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the Infrastructure team
Supervise, support, and lead the Infrastructure team.
Organize, plan, and distribute the team's activities.
Define priorities, monitor workload, and conduct annual performance reviews.
Manage the budget for your scope and ensure the monitoring of performance indicators.
Be proactive in proposing improvements to working methods and team performance.
- Drive the evolution of infrastructures and the information system
Define and evolve the technical architecture of the information system.
Manage infrastructure projects and support technological evolutions.
Guarantee the administration, maintenance in operational conditions (MCO), and supervision of infrastructures, systems, networks, and services.
Define technical standards and support teams regarding best practices.
- Guarantee operations, security, and service continuity
Supervise IT production, operations, and infrastructures.
Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of information systems in connection with the RSSI.
Implement backup, recovery, and business continuity plans.
Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline levels.
Maintain technological watch to anticipate evolutions and propose innovative solutions.
Manage maintenance contracts and services related to your scope.
You will operate within a high-impact scope, at the intersection of infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, cloud, operational performance, and business support.
Profile sought: You have significant experience, ideally 8 to 10 years, in managing hybrid infrastructures, IT operations, IT production, and technical project management. Experience in a software publisher, integrator, or multi-site organization will be a real asset in understanding customer challenges.
Your technical and functional skills: Mastery of Cloud environments, notably Microsoft Azure.
Solid knowledge of virtualized architectures, Linux and Windows Server environments, SAN storage, and associated supervision tools.
LAN, WAN, and WLAN architecture
Associated operations, supervision, and administration tools
Skills in systems and network engineering
Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
DevOps culture and sensitivity to operations automation.
Mastery of technical English is mandatory.
