As part of our activities, Everial is looking for a:

Quality Apprentice (M/F) / Based in Rillieux – La – Pape (69)

Expected start date: from September 2026 Apprenticeship contract

Reporting to the Group's Quality Department, the quality apprentice will carry out the following missions:

Management of the Quality and Environment Management System:

• Supports process owners in:

o The assessment and control of process risks o The identification of process interested parties o The analysis and monitoring of anomaly resolution o The development of system documentation

• Plans, facilitates, and monitors process reviews;
• Plans and conducts internal, supplier, and client audits; provides answers to client questionnaires regarding the QMS and EMS;
• Controls and monitors the progress of risk control plans;
• Collects, analyzes, and communicates various QSE system data (indicators, improvement actions, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.);
• Manages and guarantees control over the versioning and distribution of QSE system documentation;
• Develops supports, documents, forms, and reports specific to the QSE process;
• Ensures regulatory and technical monitoring, informs, and ensures the operational implementation of requirements;
• Provides internal quality and environment training.

Your profile:

Holding a high school level diploma, you are preparing a degree from Bac+3 to Bac+5 oriented towards Quality Environment Management Systems.

Technical skills:

• Audit techniques;
• Mastery of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001);
• Knowledge of the NF Z40-350 standard, ICPE, and operational excellence would be a plus;
• Knowledge in risk management;
• Mastery of IT tools (Office pack);
• Professional English.

Behavioral skills:

• Rigorous, dynamic, autonomous, open-minded, and proactive;
• Teamwork.

Regular travel to Group sites is to be expected.
