Job Summary Support the Shop Manager to operate the outlet profitably and efficiently while delivering a professional and positive customer service experience. Responsibilities Assist the Shop Manager in managing daily outlet operations to achieve profitability and efficiency Deliver attentive and helpful customer service to enhance the shopping experience Merchandise products by organizing displays and ensuring stock is current Identify and return obsolete merchandise to suppliers to maintain inventory quality Operate the Point-of-Sales system accurately to process customer transactions
