Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repair works on cooling systems and components.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure equipment reliability.
• Conduct system inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain service records and prepare maintenance reports.
• Respond to breakdown calls and carry out on-site repair works when required.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and refrigerants.
• Work closely with supervisors and project teams to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning installation or maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to work at construction sites and customer premises.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
