Import Coordinator

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Import Specialist to join Evergain Export. The candidate will manage end-to-end import operations, coordinate with international suppliers and shipping lines, and handle customs clearance efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage full import cycles from placing orders to warehouse delivery.

Handle shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin).

Coordinate customs clearance processes, including working with NAFEZA and CargoX platforms.

Manage Letters of Credit (L/Cs) and ensure full compliance with Egyptian import regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.

Track shipments in real-time, resolve any logistics bottlenecks, and optimize landed costs.

Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.

2 to 5 years of proven experience in import operations, freight forwarding, or supply chain.

Hands-on experience with the Egyptian customs system (NAFEZA) and CargoX platform.

Strong knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and banking procedures (L/Cs).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Very good command of English (written and spoken).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems.
