Supply Planner

Everest Technologies is recruiting a Planner with significant experience in production and capacity planning in a manufacturing environment. The role includes building production and supply plans, performing production workforce capacity planning, analyzing gaps between demand and production capabilities, and allocating work between production departments according to capacity, constraints, and business priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Building quarterly and semi-annual production plans according to customer orders and forecasts.
• Examining the alignment of loads to production capacities for resource utilization, load balancing, and meeting the company's supply targets.
• Identifying bottlenecks and providing load balancing solutions, including outsourcing.
• Routine work with production, procurement, logistics, and engineering managers.
• Building operational scenarios and supporting decision-making processes.
• Monitoring plan performance and updating according to business and operational changes.
• Developing control tools, metrics, and reports for capacity and load management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in project management roles / Supply Planner in a manufacturing company / Production Planner.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or another relevant field.
• Proven experience in building complex production plans.
• Experience in multi-site planning or working with multiple production centers.
• Deep understanding of production processes, capacities, resources, and operational constraints.
• Very high proficiency in Excel, MSP, and high analytical ability and data analysis.
• High level of English.
• Assertiveness and the ability to lead cross-organizational processes.
