IT Help Desk

- Provide first-line technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
- Support user accounts, email, system access, and basic IT permissions.
- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment and report technical issues when required.
- Assist with IT asset management and maintain accurate records of company devices and equipment.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing and collecting IT equipment and user access.
- Assist the IT team with system updates, backups, security measures, and routine maintenance.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the IT Director or relevant technical team.
- Follow company IT policies, security procedures, and data protection requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience in providing technical support to users and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Good understanding of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
- Experience with IT asset management and user account administration is preferred.
