Service Advisor - 100% commission

Job Summary

You will guide families compassionately through funeral and pre-planning solutions, coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery, build trusting relationships, and proactively reach out to new clients in a commission-based role in the bereavement industry.

Responsibilities

• Guide families with empathy through funeral packages and options to support their decision-making during difficult times
• Assist clients in planning future funeral arrangements to provide peace of mind
• Coordinate effectively with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of funeral services
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with families to foster ongoing support and referrals
• Identify and reach out to potential new clients through networking to grow the client base

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Communicate clearly and sensitively with clients; Mandarin or dialect skills are a plus for engaging elderly family members
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends, to meet client needs
• At least 21 years old
• An individual exploring a second-career opportunity
• Self-driven and willing to learn
• Interested in developing a long-term business
• No experience is required as training will be provided
