You will be welcomed by the industrial performance team, at Even Santé Industrie, on the Ploudaniel site. Your colleagues will be eager to introduce you to the many facets of their professions throughout your apprenticeship period.

After an initial integration phase that will allow you to better know the company and its organization, your tutor will support you in developing your skills in the various missions that will be yours:

  • Understand the spirit of the manufacturing range and what is expected from manufacturing.
  • Resolve technical problems.
  • Ensure that all elements written in the manufacturing range have an adapted tool to be carried out by manufacturing.
  • In the event of a deviation from the standard in the execution of a task by manufacturing, understand the reason, and adapt the tool (the method) accordingly.
  • Communicate with production regarding best practices for executing manufacturing ranges.
  • Develop, implement, and facilitate rituals for reporting process hazards.
  • Develop and manage other indicators characterizing the performance of industrial tools.
  • Actively contribute to the search for causes that led to the non-conformity of a product. Holding a Bac +5 degree in a generalist Engineering field with an industrial focus, you have proven experience of at least three years in continuous improvement. You possess in-depth knowledge of liquid processes as well as a good understanding of automation systems.

Recognized for your rigor and pragmatism, you possess a solid analytical and synthesis spirit, allowing you to question your practices and embed your actions in a logic of permanent improvement.

Close to the field, you prefer working in an industrial environment rather than an exclusively office-based position. You communicate easily with operational teams and your excellent interpersonal skills, regardless of your interlocutor, constitute one of your strengths.

You enjoy teamwork and know how to contribute effectively to collaborative projects.

Mastery of technical English is required.
