Shop Manager, Thonburi Market Place Branch

• Control branch operations, oversee sales, growth rates, and effectively control expenses resulting from product damage to achieve the goals and plans set by the company.
• Manage stock rotation to reduce shortages and expired products, as well as control product requisitions to ensure they are sufficient and consistent with sales volume.
• Oversee and manage the financial system and remit branch revenue to the company according to the specified dates and times.
• Prepare daily revenue remittance records for submission to the Head Office.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness within the branch in accordance with company standards.
• Supervise and manage personnel to ensure performance follows service standards, sales standards, and safety standards to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and prevent property damage.
• Conduct daily branch meetings to update information on new products and various promotions, as well as train employees to gain knowledge and discuss occurring problems to find solutions for employees facing those issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent. Male/Female, aged 25 years and above. Have experience or have held a supervisory position in the retail/service business for at least 1-2 years. Experience in the cosmetics, consumer goods, or FMCG business sectors will be specially considered. Possess management and analytical skills, have leadership qualities, and can handle immediate problems very well. Knowledge of general documentation / accounting documentation / and warehouse tasks is required. Must be honest, integrity-driven, and able to work well under pressure. Must be detail-oriented, observant, and have creative thinking. Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). English language skills at a good level.
