Shop Manager, One Bangkok Branch

• Oversee branch operations, manage sales, growth rates, and effectively control expenses resulting from product damage to achieve the goals and plans set by the company.
• Manage inventory rotation to reduce stockouts and expired products, as well as control product requisitions to ensure sufficiency and alignment with sales volume.
• Supervise and manage the financial system and remit branch revenue to the company according to the specified dates and times.
• Prepare daily cash remittance records to be sent to the head office.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness within the branch in accordance with company standards.
• Supervise and manage personnel to ensure performance follows service standards, sales standards, and safety standards to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and prevent property damage.
• Conduct daily branch meetings to update information on new products and various promotions, as well as train employees to gain knowledge and discuss occurring problems to find solutions for employees facing those issues.
• Others as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Male/Female, age not exceeding 40 years. At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position within the retail/service business; experience in the cosmetics, consumer goods, or FMCG business sectors will be specially considered. Possess management and analytical skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to solve immediate problems; able to handle general documentation, accounting documents, and warehouse documents. Honest and integrity, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, observant, and creative. Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and possesses a good level of English language skills.
