Assistant Shop Manager - Ban Thad Thong Branch

• Control branch operations and oversee sales to achieve targets
• Manage stock rotation, including controlling product requisitions to ensure sufficient quantity, reporting branch product requisitions, and reporting damaged goods
• Oversee and manage the financial system, including remitting branch revenue to the company
• Supervise and manage personnel to ensure operations follow service standards / act as a leader in conducting daily staff meetings within the branch to update information on new products and various promotions
• Cooperate in and take responsibility for training new employees within the branch under the mandatory “Be Your Buddy” Program in collaboration with the Human Resources department
• Check staff work schedules and control the number of staff to be appropriate for daily service, to be forwarded to the Area Manager and Human Resources department respectively
• Control and supervise staff grooming to comply with the regulations according to the company's standards / provide guidance, as well as issue warnings or written disciplinary actions according to the steps in cases where staff behave inappropriately, neglect their duties, or exhibit behavior that violates company regulations

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Vocational Certificate/High Vocational Certificate, aged 25 years or older Gender: Any Experience in Retail Service-minded Good communication skills Leadership skills Teamwork Honesty, integrity, and ability to work well under pressure Other qualifications: Computer literacy such as Microsoft Office (Word, EXCEL) and English language skills
