Finance Manager / Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable international accounting standards.
• Analyse financial performance, control costs, and support business decisions.
• Manage financial reporting, internal controls, and finance team development.
• Handle tax reporting, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, import/export taxes, tax restitution, and SP2DK responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance management role.
• Manufacturing experience required; MNC, foreign-invested company, or import/export experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and Indonesian taxation.
• Proven experience handling SP2DK and tax restitution.
• Proficient in accounting software and microsoft excel.
• Brevet A, B, and C or CPA certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
