Electronics R&D Engineer – Hardware / PCBA Design

Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronics hardware, circuits, PCB/PCBA and system architecture for new products.
- Develop and validate prototypes from concept through product development and manufacturing .
- Work on embedded microprocessor systems, analog/digital circuits, sensors and signal conditioning .
- Design and support power electronics , including DC-DC / AC-DC applications.
- Work with communication interfaces such as USB, LAN, Bluetooth and other I/O protocols .
- Perform hardware bring-up, testing, troubleshooting and design validation .
- Work closely with manufacturing teams, suppliers and customers on technical requirements and product improvements.
- Ensure designs meet relevant product safety, EMC and regulatory requirements .
Requirements
- Degree/Master's in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in electronics hardware and PCB/PCBA product development .
- Experience with embedded microprocessors, analog circuits and power-management electronics .
- Knowledge of high-speed hardware, signal integrity and interfaces such as DDR, PCI/PCI-X or similar high-speed buses .
- Experience with EMC, environmental testing and product safety is advantageous.
- Medical-device / ISO 13485 experience is an added advantage.
- Experience with PSpice, Python or similar simulation/programming tools is advantageous.
- Strong interest in hands-on product design and R&D .
