EVADEN, an HR consulting firm specializing in Industry, supports industrial companies in the South of France in enhancing and attracting technical profiles. For one of our strategic partners, we are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer (M/F) capable of working on complex and demanding projects in the field of special machines for a permanent (CDI) opportunity.
This company designs and manufactures custom equipment for sensitive environments. Each project is unique and requires a fine mastery of automation, industrial computing, and supervision.

Your missions as an Automation Engineer (M/F):
- Analyze and interpret specifications, plans, and technical diagrams to define automation and supervision needs,
- Perform functional analyses and define the system and network architecture of special machines,
- Program PLCs and develop supervision software, ensuring robustness and performance,
- Design and configure Motion Control solutions, including the management of digitized axes and Brushless motors,
- Ensure machine commissioning, optimize settings, and guarantee compliance with expected performance,
- Train and support users and end customers, with a clear and documented transfer of skills,
- Write technical documentation, calculation notes, and operating procedures in compliance with company standards,
- Collaborate closely with project teams, design offices, and production to ensure the consistency and reliability of systems.
Profile Description:
Your Profile: With training in the field of automation and/or industrial computing, you have at least 5 years of experience on complex projects,
- Mastery of Siemens S7 and Schneider PLCs and supervision software (WinCC, PCVue, Intouch),
- Skills in Motion Control, multi-axis management, Brushless motors, and numerical controls,
- Ability to analyze specifications, plans, and PID, and to write technical documentation,
- Professional English proficiency is indispensable,
- Mastery of the C language is a plus.
