Process Engineer / Process Developer (m/f/x) (Technician - Process Engineering/Bachelor Professional in Technology)

As a Process Engineer at EVG, you are co-responsible for process development on our precision equipment, which is used in the microsystem and semiconductor industries to create the world of tomorrow. This position requires good quality management as well as close cooperation with colleagues and international customers.

What to expect:

• Process development for our equipment in the areas of lithography (coating, exposure, and development), wafer bonding, and related processes
• Development of customer-specific process requirements under cleanroom conditions
• Ensuring seamless knowledge transfer between colleagues
• Testing and quality assurance of processes including documentation
• Demonstration of equipment and processes for our customers in ISO 5 cleanrooms
• Support and process assistance at our international customers' sites (<30% travel time per year)

What you bring:

• a scientific education (FS/HTL/UNI/FH) and/or sound knowledge in the fields of chemistry/materials science or similar
• structured, precise, and solution-oriented way of working
• professional appearance before customers as well as enthusiasm and assertiveness
• team-oriented and cross-functional way of thinking and working
• enjoyment of working in an international environment
• willingness to travel internationally (<30%)
• solid English and MS-Office skills

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary personally, but we can reveal this much: we naturally orient ourselves towards market-standard salaries - which means, depending on the position and education, overpayment relative to the collective agreement is possible even upon entry. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 45,500 EUR. Depending on qualification and experience, there is more!
