HR Generalist (m/f/x) Focus on Recruiting (Personalreferent/in)

Together with our well-coordinated Human Resources team, you will be responsible for supporting the specialist departments and processing all personnel-related tasks in an international environment.

What to expect:

• Accompanying the entire recruiting process (from creating the job advertisement to conducting interviews, etc.)
• Identification and direct approach of suitable talents through Active Sourcing
• Participation in personnel marketing activities (job fairs, etc.)
• Competent contact person for operational topics in personnel management for managers and employees
• Taking over administrative activities (contract design, RWR-Karten etc.)

What you bring:

• a completed economic education (Uni, FH, etc.) ideally with a focus on personnel and/or relevant HR professional experience
• initial professional experience in the field of Recruiting as well as knowledge of alternative recruiting methods (Active Sourcing) is desirable
• very good English skills and routine handling of common MS-Office programs
• a high degree of communication skills and social competence
• an independent, structured, proactive working style with high service orientation and discretion
• flexibility, teamwork, and personal commitment

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary personally, but we can reveal this much: We naturally orient ourselves towards market-standard salaries - which means, depending on the position and education, an overpayment compared to the collective agreement is already possible upon entry. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 42,700 EUR. Depending on qualification and experience, there is more!
