What to expect:

• comprehensive and independent support of software projects from order receipt to software configuration as well as commissioning and beyond
• supporting our international customers on-site with the integration and adaptation of the software to their individual requirements
• independent testing of the software using the simulation environment as well as documentation of the tests performed
• cross-departmental cooperation and joint error analysis as well as optimization with the development teams and Technical Support
• agile development approaches and team working methods

What you bring:

• a completed vocational training (vocational training, apprenticeship with professional experience or HTL/HAK) with a technical focus
• general technical interest and enthusiasm for solving complex tasks
• team spirit and cross-departmental thinking
• willingness to travel (10 – 20%)
• good English skills

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary personally, but we can reveal this much: We naturally orient ourselves towards market-standard salaries - which means, depending on the position and training, overpayment compared to the collective agreement is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 45,500****EUR. Depending on qualification and experience, there is more!
