Field Service Engineer

We are expanding rapidly and urgently looking for several Field Service Engineers to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our customers in Singapore. As a key member of our Field Service Team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our customers' production facilities. What will you be doing ? 1. Conduct site surveys prior to tools installation 2. Support and perform on-site installations and acceptance tests 3. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve equipment issues 4. Perform tools preventive maintenance 5. Implement equipment upgrades and modifications 6. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service via phone, email or in person 7. Conduct training to our customers on-site personnel
