We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist who approaches working with people with passion, likes to initiate changes, build processes, and independently lead HR projects. If you have at least 5 years of experience, value partner-like cooperation with the business, and want to develop in a dynamic environment, we would love to meet you.

Work model: hybrid - 2 days on-site from our office in Gliwice, 3 days remotely. Dimension: Full-time. Team: The team you will work in consists of 7 people (6 specialists and a manager). Terms of cooperation: Employment based on an employment contract (umowa o pracę).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: During the recruitment process, at its subsequent stages, candidate identity verification will be required. The first day of work will take place on-site in one of the Euvic offices (onboarding, equipment collection). --- Euvic - over 5000 employees and 20 years of experience undoubtedly make us a large company. Daily tasks

  • Co-creating and implementing procedures and standards of personnel policy and HR strategy in the organization.
  • Independent implementation of projects in the area of soft HR, including onboarding/offboarding, employee development, internal communication, Employer Branding activities, and engagement and satisfaction surveys.
  • Proactive identification of HR challenges and initiating improvements in terms of processes, tools, and personnel rules in the company.
  • Close cooperation with managers in the area of employee relations management.
  • Conducting training and workshops in the field of HR processes and soft skills.
  • Monitoring market trends and proposing new solutions.
  • Creating documentation and reports related to the HR area.

Requirements

English language proficiency at B2/C1 level – a necessary condition. Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position. Higher education, preferably in a relevant field. Experience in change management and independent implementation of HR projects. Proactivity, good work organization, goal-oriented mindset, and cooperation.
